My deposit is missing.

Sometimes something goes wrong in the process of making a deposit.

 

There can be several reasons for this.


If an amount has been deducted from your bank account, but are not in your gaming account, this will usually bounce back to your bank account within 3 work days (weekend excluded).

 

Before we can escalate this to our payment team, we need some information and/or a document from you.


This is so that our payment team can start the investigation.

 


Please let us know:

  • What deposit method did you use?

  • How much did you try to deposit?

  • When did you try to deposit?

  • Are the funds deducted from your bank account?
    If funds are deducted, we would need the following:

  • Bank statement


Please send us a bank statement, where we are able to see the transaction code, the time of the transaction, and the amount which was charged from your bank account.

  • Screenshot from your e-wallet account (Skrill, MuchBetter, Neteller)


For us to be able to track your payment, we need a screenshot from your e-wallet account from the missing deposit. Once we have received the requested document from you, we will be able to escalate this to the payment team for investigation.
